The European Multisport Club Association (EMCA) in Madrid for the DigiRoot Project Meeting

The European Multisport Club Association (EMCA) participated in the regular meeting of the European DigiRoot project in Madrid, Spain. The DigiRoot project aims to strengthen grassroots multisport clubs across Europe by promoting the adoption of digital technologies that enhance their management and sustainability.

As a key partner, EMCA contributes by connecting its network of members and facilitating the pilot implementation of the project in countries such as Sweden, Poland, Portugal, and Serbia. EMCA plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and empowering sports clubs.

During the meeting, EMCA’s representatives worked with key stakeholders, including GSIC (Spain), the SEIT Lab of the University of Cyprus, as well as clubs like Bayern Leverkusen, LEVSKI, HASK and Olympiacos. Discussions focused on project progress, timelines, and future actions.

EMCA continues its active involvement in DigiRoot, supporting the dissemination of project outcomes and preparing for upcoming actions aimed at maximizing impact on both local and European levels.
