Bojan entered sport competition in 1985 in fencing.
From 1989 to 2016 he was club secretary and from 1994 held various positions and functions in fencing, sport federations and sport associations.
From 2001 he is professionally involved with HAŠK Mladost, the oldest and largest Croatian multisport club.
From 2019 he is Board member and Development Director for EMCA. Bojan follows topics of sport integrity, good governance and sport sustainability.
In his spare time he is a parafencing and fencing international referee.

He has spoken at conferences and served on juries in Spain and abroad.
From 2014 to 2018, he was President of SantCugatCreix Association, leading European sport and knowledge projects.
He is City Councilor of Enterprise, Innovation, Internationalization, and Energy from Sant Cugat Municipality (Barcelona).

Extensive experience in sports management, highlighting the role of CEO at Ginásio Clube Português, one of the most important clubs in Portuguese sports history.
From 1989 to 2020, President of the National Association of Gyms of Portugal.
From 2018 to 2023, and currently serving as the Director of Sports at Sporting Clube de Portugal.

With 24 years of experience as a sports lawyer with expertise in contractual and regulatory matters, in 2022 she moved into Institutional Relations, currently she is Executive Board Consultant.
